You will attend a four day residential training course at the Belton Woods Hotel and Country Club near Grantham in Lincolnshire.
Our training plan, like our sourcing system has been put together with the help of our team of highly successful brokers ensuring that you get sufficient training on the areas that are most important to the success of your business.
The training will be carried out by carefully selected people within the business who themselves have achieved great success in their specialist area.
You will receive your laptop, stationary,Software Licences, Professional Indemnity Insurance certificate and Consumer Credit Licence on the first day of the training course (providing the Franchise Fee has been paid in full and cleared by the deadlines set) allowing you to go through Optimus Commercial™ and the tracking system in real time rather than just looking at a power point presentation. This will help iron out any queries before you start saving you valuable time at a later date and really maximising on the training.
