Fiducia Commercial Solutions - The Franchise Package
The Franchise Fee
The Franchise fee is £21950 + VAT. This includes the following:
- The right to use the highly respected trading name of Fiducia Commercial Solutions for the duration of the Franchise Agreement.
- A four day residential training course at the Belton Woods Hotel and Country Club.
- A stationary pack which will comprise of an initial supply of business cards, letter heads and compliment slips.
- A laptop which will have Optimus Commercial™ and tracker systems including cash flow forecasts pre loaded or available along with your e-mail which will have been set up with the Fiducia Commercial Solutions header and footer.
- Software Licences – Optimus Commercial™ and the tracking system
- Data Protection Registration for the first year of trading
- Consumer Credit Licence
- Professional Indemnity Insurance for the first year of trading
- National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers membership for the first year of trading
- Operating Manual
- Ongoing support and guidance from your dedicated Franchise Manager.
There will be a 12% of gross turnover annual management fee (minimum fee of £5400). It is taken monthly at a fixed cost of £450, reviewed quarterly and settled annually. It is made up of the following:
- Lender Liaison
- Updating of Optimus Commercial™
- On going support and guidance
- IT Support
- E Mail Hosting
- Fiducia Case Tracker Hosting
- Fiducia Case Tracker ongoing licence fee.
