In 2002 Marcus Grimshaw and Anthony Scott left successful careers in NatWest to set up Fiducia Comprehensive Financial Planning Limited, a regulated sales company. One year later Chris Holland joined them. Between them they have over 70 years experience in the financial services industry.

Marcus, Anthony and Chris quickly realised that their clients with business interests were not receiving the same quality of service from commercial lending brokers that they could offer them on their personal finances.

All of them were passionate about offering their clients a one stop service where all of their financial requirements could be looked at with the same service that they could provide on the personal side. They set up Fiducia Commercial Solutions.

Their initial success with their own existing business clients made it obvious that there was a need for a commercial broker and they then expanded gaining contracts with several of the UK's Financial Services Networks.

As the team of brokers expanded it was clear that a commercial lending sourcing system would revolutionise the way in which commercial lending could be sourced so together with the team of brokers Marcus was tasked with leading the Commercial Brian ™commercial offering and designing Optimus Commercial™. Optimus Commercial™ allows brokers to source commercial lending efficiently. They can identify the right lenders for a deal at the touch of a button.
